If errors are introduced there, in no case shall the responsibility of Kanadrinks SA be engaged. Technical information and links are provided for informational purposes only.<\/p>\n

ORDERS<\/strong><\/p>\n

A firm order is placed when the customer presses the \u201cOrder\u201d button on the confirmation page. By placing an order, you make us an offer to buy the products you have selected. We reserve the right to accept or decline this offer, at our discretion. Kanadrinks SA confirms the acceptance and the processing of the order to the customer, to the e-mail address that the latter will have provided when registering on the site. This confirmation is effective when the customer receives an e-mail from www.kanadrinks.com<\/a> indicating that the order has been placed in \u201cProcessing\u201d or \u201cShipped\u201d mode. This e-mail thus forms a sales contract between the you and Kanadrinks SA. Kanadrinks SA reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient\u2019s contact details, Kanadrinks SA cannot be held responsible for the impossibility in which it could be to deliver the product (s) ordered.<\/p>\n

SHIPPING<\/strong><\/p>\n

The delivery period begins upon receipt of payment (to the bank account of Kanadrinks SA) or from confirmation from the credit card company (Stripe) until the shipment of the order. The products, if they are in stock, are dispatched within a few days (typically 2 to 3 working days) to the address indicated by the customer when ordering.<\/p>\n
